From October 14th-22nd, 2027, during the gorgeous “Le Vendange” season with 8 days and 8 nights of exquisite epicurean experiences..

 

You will indulge in unique wine and local food tastings, Michelin star dining adventures, legendary French markets, magnifique private cooking classes deep in the heart of France, and so many more epic palate-pleasing encounters to delight all of your senses!   • Detailed hourly itinerary upon booking via Traveler Portal along with International Packing List, Travel Tips, Dress Code Recommendations, and Leisure time recommendations for solo activities or meals

NOT INCLUDED:

  • International Airfare or Travel to and from BOD (Bordeaux International Airport) or the Bordeaux Train Station

  • Travel insurance (all risks coverage highly recommended) to cover all risks and disturbances including but not limited to circumstances beyond our control such as injury, loss of life, accidents, damage, or loss of goods, airline & railway delays, roadblocks, vehicle malfunctions, and other conditions like sickness, natural disasters, wars, etc.

  • Any personal expenses: included but not limited to gratuities in Euros, telephone calls, cellular data, laundry, shopping, table drinks, fees for the camera/videos at the monuments, etc.

  • Leisure time activities, meals, spas, tours etc. not included in the itinerary, however we will offer recommendations for as stated above in inclusions

  • Anything not mentioned in the above inclusions or itinerary

DISCLOSURES:

In the rare event that French Side Travel is, for any reason, unable to confirm the reservation, an equal replacement will be offered. Please note itinerary may change slightly due to several factors beyond our control: weather restrictions, unexpected closures, etc.

A travel waiver will be required with signatures prior to your arrival in Bordeaux.

1. Online Payment Plan—Deposit + 3 Installments*

$4500 | deposit before 01.February.2027—to secure your spot

$1174 | 05.March. 2027 – 25% of remaining balance is due

$2962 | 05.April.2027 – 50% of remaining balance is due

$3311 | 05.May.2027 — final balance includes surcharge*

2. Deposit + Split Online Payment Plan Installments* 

$4500 | deposit before 01.February.2027—to secure your spot

$3724 | 05.March.2027 —1st payment after deposit 

$3723 | 05.May.2027 —final payment

3. Online Payment in Full

$11,947 | 05.March.2027 — includes surcharge*

*PLEASE NOTE: A 3% surcharge ($348 per person) is required for all online credit card payments, this is included in the final payment. The surcharge is nonrefundable. To avoid this surcharge we will accept Zelle transfers or personal checks with payment in full OR if sent 2 weeks prior to payment due dates. Surcharges are nonrefundable and included in online payments. Your reservation may automatically be cancelled if any payment is late, and a refund for any monies paid will not be issued. Please refer to payment policies in Traveler Portal for further details. All online payments are to be made throught the private, secure Traveler POrtal.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If canceled before 05February2027, full refund issued**

If canceled before 06March2027: refund of 75% of total monies paid**

If canceled before 06April2027: refund of 50% of total monies paid**

If canceled before 06May2027: refund of 25% of total monies paid**

If canceled on or after 06May2027: all monies paid are nonrefundable**

**By submitting any payment you automatically agree to this cancellation policy. Again, the 3% credit card surcharge is nonrefundable.
