Casual or Buffet-Style Dinner

Chef Tillie's buffet style dinner service is perfect for any large casual or formal gathering. Our buffet style services are available for up to 75 people. We will create a custom menu tailored to your event, prepare the dishes in your home on the day of the event and serve them in an elegant buffet line. 

We are also happy to provide elegant dessert bars, themed appetizer bars and several creative options to make your event extra special and personal!! 

 

Butler Passed Hors D'oeuvres

Passed hors d'oeuvres are great for groups of up-to 75 people. We offer hors d'oeuvres in a traditional passed fashion as well as stationary hors d'oevres where guests can help themselves. This service is perfect for meet-and-greet functions, cocktail parties, casual parties, office parties, wrap parties, open house events and other social events.

Chef Tillie specializes in romantic meals for two! Whether you are returning from your honeymoon, celebrating a special anniversary, need a little help popping the question with a romantic gourmet picnic, or spicing up date night ... you are able to relax together in an intimate setting, sip wine, and pamper yourselves while Chef Tillie prepares your gourmet multi-course meal in your own kitchen. Hiring a personal chef for your very own date night is a uniquely personal and thoughtful gift that you will both remember fondly.

Drop-N-Go

You enjoy entertaining and have all of the details for your event ready but need someone to take care of the food? Choose our drop-n-go delivery where we deliver and beautifully arrange our delectable, gourmet platters then leave prior to your guests arrival so you can receive all the credit!

Additional Fees and Policies:

 

Payment:

Chef Tillie Events requires a deposit of half of your event total at the time of booking. Payment can be made in cash, debit or credit card. If booked far enough in advance we are happy to offer a billing arrangement schedule.

Organic Ingredients:
Organic ingredients are used in lieu of conventional store-bought ingredients whenever possible for your dinner party. However, if you would prefer all organic ingredients an 'all-organic charge' will be added to your bill.

 

Tastings:

Are available for a $75 fee to showcase the high quality and presentaion of Chef TIllie's menu items. Tastings are only done on certain days of the week and must be booked in advance.

Alcohol:

The host is responsible for the purchase of alcoholic beverages but Chef Tillie is happy to provide wine pairings for your courses if desired as a complimentary courtesy. 

 

Confidentialty:

Due to the high profile nature of most of our clientele we take our clients' right to privacy very seriously. We respect all of our clients' privacy and your information will never be shared by us without your consent. 
 

*Additional Equipment: 
Please keep in mind that we do not supply any equipment, decorations or tableware unless specifically outined in the contract. We are able to provide a standard place setting for up to 12 guests. Glassware, specific linens, chafing dishes, tables, bars, seating, or any other equipment can be provided for an extra fee.
