In the rare event that French Side Travel is, for any reason, unable to confirm the reservation, an equal replacement will be offered.

Chef Tillie and French Side Travel will require a travel waiver to be signed upon arrival in Bordeaux prior to the tour. Travel insurance is highly recommended (see above).

Cancellation Policy:

If canceled on or before September 4th, 2024: the deposit refund will be issued (or 100% refund if paid in full)

If canceled on or before September 29th, 2024: refund of 75% of total monies paid to date (minus surcharge)

If canceled on or before October 14, 2024: refund of 50% of total monies paid to date (minus surcharge)

If canceled on or before November 14, 2024: refund of 25% of total monies paid to date (minus surcharge)

If canceled on or after November 15, 2024: any monies paid are nonrefundable

If you are joining the tour group after October and are splitting payment the same cancellation policy regarding date deadlines apply.

Slight changes to the itinerary may be made due to unforeseen circumstances but any changes will be equal in value to travelers' expectations. Please note: a late arrival meeting a driver for a transfer or tour will be considered as “no-show”. The missed service will not be refunded and late traveler(s) may be left behind and/or miss reservation to accommodate the set schedule.
