If canceled on or before May 1st, 2025: the deposit refund will be issued (or 100% refund if paid in full)
If canceled on or before May, 6th 2025: refund of 50% of total monies paid to date (minus surcharge)
If canceled on or after June 30th, 2025: any monies paid are nonrefundable
Surcharges are nonrefundable and included in online payments.
If you are joining the tour group after May (if spots are still available) and are either splitting payments or Paying in full the same cancellation policy regarding date deadlines apply.
